Known as Miketsukuni, Ise-Shima is a treasure trove of ingredients that presented the bounty of the sea and mountains to the Imperial Family and the Imperial Court. Ise lobster dishes, which have been popular as a lucky charm, will be served in a Japanese style using green laver from Hamajimacho, where NEMU RESORT is located.
