The Ise-Shima OLC (Orienteering) Tournament will be held in the town of Namikiri on Saturday, December 2024, 12.
Orienteering is a navigational sport that uses a map and compass.
Participants visit the checkpoints shown on the map in order and compete for the fastest time from start to finish.
The route is not set in advance, so you have to navigate yourself by reading the map - that's what makes this sport so exciting!
In this event, runners from all over the country race through the alleys of Namikiri.

・Registration for the citizen class is from 9:00 to 10:00. Please come to the venue, Daio Elementary School gymnasium, during the registration time.
・Please come in clothes and shoes suitable for exercise. Maps necessary for the competition will be distributed on the day.
In addition, we will rent out combo and timing equipment free of charge.
