NEMU RESORT (located in Shima City, Mie Prefecture), located in Ise-Shima National Park in Mie Prefecture, will be offering a variety of yoga programs focusing on yoga retreat stays to mark International Yoga Day on June 6st.
NEMU RESORT is surrounded by forest and sea and has a rich natural environment the size of 61 Tokyo Domes. Its vast grounds offer a wide range of experience programs that make use of nature, including stargazing, SUP (stand-up paddle boarding), kayaking, and cruising. "New Moon Yoga" allows you to surrender your mind and body to the starry sky on a new moon day when the moon is not visible, and "Full Moon Yoga" allows you to bask in the light of the full moon, which has many benefits including purification, relaxation, beauty and restful sleep.
Day trippers can also use the hot spring bath facility "Megumi no Yu," which is exclusively available to guests staying overnight.

The "NEMU Yoga Passport" is available for day visitors only, with a set of five sessions costing 1 yen (usually 1,650 yen) instead of 5 yen per session. If you purchase it during June, you will receive one session for the same price as a gift. You can save 5,500 yen off the regular price.
A lecture by a NEMU yoga instructor and rental mats are included, so even beginners can come empty-handed and enjoy the experience. What's more, guests can also enjoy "Megumi no Yu," a hot spring facility exclusively for guests, where they can enjoy three types of baths, including a natural hot spring and a pearl aurora bath (Shinju no Yu).

And to finish off the day, you can spend a luxurious time in the Megumi no Yu (hot spring) and heal your daily fatigue as a reward to yourself in this retreat program. You can also use the hot spring facility "Megumi no Yu" exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.

At the hot spring facility "Megumi no Yu," you can soak up the blessings of Ise-Shima's nature all over your body as you tour three elaborate baths, including "Shiosai no Yu," which has a spring source that wells up on the premises; "Nemunoki Yu," which was developed in collaboration with Mikimoto Cosmetics; and "Shinju no Yu (Pearl Aurora Bath)," which shines with a pearl-like aurora.
