The New Year's cuisine served is a colorful assortment of the bounty of the mountains and sea, including spiny lobster, which has long been prized as a lucky charm for celebrating longevity, and carefully selected ingredients purchased by the chefs themselves at the market on Toshijima, where the abundant seafood of Ise Bay is gathered.

In addition, to ensure that customers who purchase every year do not get bored, we add special menus each year to ensure a satisfying menu.

We also offer a "frozen" delivery service, which is perfect for those who want to welcome the New Year in health at home, as well as for safe New Year gifts for loved ones.

Known as Miketsukuni, Ise-Shima is a treasure trove of ingredients that presented the bounty of the sea and mountains to the Imperial Family and the Imperial Court. This year, a variety of ingredients will be prepared into a celebratory meal by experienced chefs. Ise lobster dishes, which have been popular as a lucky charm, will be served in a Japanese style using green laver from Hamajimacho, where NEMU RESORT is located. You can also enjoy a variety of dishes made with Mie Prefecture's rich ingredients, such as conger eel, which is auctioned at Toshi Market, and Mikumano beef, which is carefully raised in natural spring water (natural spring water) from Kumano City, Mie Prefecture.

This year, we will be offering an increased selection of dishes such as shrimp and yellowtail, in addition to the three auspicious celebratory dishes that are essential to Osechi cuisine: rice crackers, black beans, and herring roe.
