The 2024th Tanabata Festival will be held at Ugata Shrine on Sunday, July 7, 7.
The grounds are decorated with lanterns and other ornaments in celebration of Tanabata, and bamboo lanterns, a good old Japanese tradition, cast a gentle light on the grounds.
There will also be food and drink booths where you can purchase yakisoba noodles and fried chicken, as well as booths for children to enjoy, such as yo-yo scooping.
Please come and join us with your family and friends.
