The accommodation plan we are offering is part of Mie Shoku's Human Capital Development Platform Industry-Academia Collaboration Project, which is being implemented by Mie Shoku's Human Capital Development Platform (* This accommodation plan was created as a result of NEMU RESORT, which operates the hotel, and students from the Mie University Faculty of Education working together to develop collaborative products with companies and students.

The main feature of the accommodation plan is for elementary school children to become hotel staff and have a "work experience." Children can wear the uniforms provided by our company and have fun experiencing their work. We will also have a hands-on experience cooking dishes that can be enjoyed at dinner. Having your family say ``it's delicious'' will lead to a child's joy, confidence, and self-affirmation. What's more, when your child completes all the tasks, they will receive a "completion certificate", giving your child a sense of accomplishment.
