The Shima City Tourist Information Center, managed and operated by the Shima City Tourism Association, has recently received Category 3 certification under the certification system for foreign tourist information centers by the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO). I did. This is the first tourist information center in Mie Prefecture to receive Category 3 certification.

The Shima City Tourist Information Center opened in April 17 and provides tourist information to customers at Kintetsu Ugata Station.
We offer multilingual pamphlets, Wi-Fi installation, Wi-Fi rental (charges apply), smartphone charging services (free), and more, and our counters are available in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, and French. We have been working hard to provide more guidance to people.

We will continue to work in partnership with related organizations to strengthen the Ise-Shima region's ability to welcome inbound tourists once travel to Japan resumes.

The Japan Tourism Agency established this with the aim of creating an environment where foreigners can travel with peace of mind.

Information centers are classified into three categories and certified based on the service they provide.
