Ama Museum

The actual ama hut is recreated, and historical panels and tools of the ama are on display.

In addition to panels on the history of Ama divers, there are photographs of current scenes of Ama fishing, a corner that recreates an actual Ama hut, and tools used in Ama fishing are on display.
Anyone is welcome to enter, so please feel free to drop by. It is also used as a waiting area for customers dining at Satoumian. The in-house monitor also introduces Shima City's tourist attractions and local festivals.
