Tengen

Ise-shima famous delicacy - Tengen

The tenmaki, an old favourite in Ise-Shima, has been arranged using local ingredients so that it can be enjoyed in a variety of different flavours.
The use of large prawns makes it an outstandingly satisfying dish!
The rice is made from hataki rice produced by contract farmers in Isobe.
The seaweed is from Toba.
Only available for take-out.
Tengen is located nearb Ugata station which has no ekiben in the vicinity, so it is popular with both train users and those arriving by car.
It is sold by the piece, but cut into six pieces so that it can be consumed immediately after purchase.
