Saka no Ue mainly uses local vegetables and domestically produced meat. We also have menus using Shima-produced Aosa pork and Matsusaka meat, Shima's local dish tekone sushi, ramen that has been passed down since our grandmother's time, and children's lunches. We aim to create dishes that will satisfy a wide range of people.

The Sakanoue lunch comes with butterfly pea, tomato agar, chicken salad, rice, and miso soup, and you can choose from over 10 main dishes.
