●Beginner surfing school flow●

1. Explanation about surfing and surfboards
　　First, in front of the shape room, we learned about the rules of surfing and safety at sea.
　　We will give a brief lecture on the names of surfboards, etc.

2. Image training and flexibility exercises on land
　　After carrying a surfboard and doing some flexibility exercises in front of the surf point,
　　Actually get on the surfboard, learn how to paddle, the posture when taking off,
　　We will teach you the timing and position to stand on the surfboard.

3. Experience surfing in the sea!
　　You can actually paddle out to the outside and ride the waves.
　　Even if it is your first time paddling and it is difficult to move forward, the instructor will ensure your safety.
　　Don't worry, I'll take you outside.
　　Then, when you are in a position where it is safe to ride the wave, go for it.
　　If it's your first time, you won't be able to take off properly, so the instructor will push you from behind.
　　Most people can stand on a surfboard even if it's their first time.
