Tachibana: The inn boasts a great view of Matoya Bay and its cuisine.
The dishes are prepared in the shape of a diver's rock salt bucket, and are full of seafood from Shima.
In winter, the full course of Matoya oysters is very popular. Anori fugu (blowfish), Ise lobster, and
other dishes are available upon request.
